Refund Policy
Effective April 25, 2026
Pro subscriptions — 14-day partial refund
If you're not happy with Chromabooth-Pro within the first 14 days of a new Pro subscription, email us and we'll refund 50% of your most recent payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
Why 50% and not full? Pro is a usage-based service — once a license is activated on a device, it can be used at events right away. The 50% policy mirrors our pay-per-event refund (which also charges 50% for short-notice cancellations after the booth could have been used). It keeps things fair: you get a meaningful out if Chromabooth-Pro isn't for you, and we don't end up paying for events that already happened.
After the 14-day window, you can cancel any time from your operator portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't prorate the unused portion.
Event licenses — refund before the event
Event licenses are one-time purchases tied to a specific event date. If you need to cancel:
- More than 7 days before the event: full refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event: 50% refund, or we can move the license to a new event date free of charge.
- After the event: the license has been used and is non-refundable.
Enterprise plans
Refunds for Enterprise plans are governed by the order form or master agreement signed at purchase. Contact your account manager.
EU statutory withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. By starting to use Chromabooth-Pro (activating a license on a device) you expressly consent that we begin providing the digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the service is fully delivered. Our 50% refund within the first 14 days for new Pro subscribers is offered voluntarily on top of these statutory rights, in recognition that the service may already have been used during that window.
How to request a refund
Email billing@chromabooth-pro.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We process refunds within 5 business days. Funds usually appear back on your card within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
